Bruce Springsteen’s latest album The Seegar sessions, was in need of a quick mix from Bob Clearmountain, and so Bruce sent the tracks, (recorded during sound check while on tour), to Metalworks to get it done. Bruce’s modern day rendition of How can a poor man stand such times and live, originally written by Blind Alfred Reed and altered to reflect the adversity the people of New Orleans have faced as a result of Huricane Katrina was mixed by Bob at Metalworks in Studio 2 and was assisted by Giancarlo Gallo.
