Rainshine

Selling over 10,000 CDs on their own to date, Rainshine has opened for many
major national acts such as: Sum 41, The Foo Fighters, Filter, and Cheap
Trick - to name a few. Their high-energy sound has been described as a cross
between the Stone Temple Pilots, NIN, and The Foo Fighters. Tracks from
"Fallen Hero" are currently being spun on over 100 radio stations nationally
and internationally. Because of this high exposure, the band was invited to
appear at SXSW as part of the GIG AMERICA showcase. Besides showcasing,
Rainshine has also toured both across the US and internationally hitting
Canada, Europe, and South Africa, where they performed at Woodstock 4, 5, &
7 the largest youth orientated music festival in the country. On February
17th, 2007 the band released their new full length CD Radio Z.

For their accomplishments in songwriting, Rainshine was awarded the ASCAP
PLUS AWARD in 2004, 2006, and 2007. In 2004, they won best modern rock band
and in 2006, the band won best touring Act at the Rock City Music Award Show
in LA. The band is endorsed by FERNANDES GUITARS & DIRT BAG CLOTHING.
